A few tips for those new to the Town Hall. Around the month of November of every year they sell Pint Club memberships. They cost $150 (2007 price), but with it you get free beer every Saturday from 4pm to 5pm, a free growler and $0.75 off every Pint you get. I think it took me all of 3 months to make back my membership. Another cheap night is Pick-a-Pint Hour on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm where you can get regular gas pints for $2.00.

Also, keep an eye out as the Town Hall is under construction. They are adding bright tanks, more fermenter space and more brewing capacity. This means they will no longer run out of popular beers (read IPA) and will be able to have more tap and seasonal beers. They are already up to 12 regular and guest tap beers, but look forward to more! (written 11/24/07).

Update (11/30/2009) the construction is mostly finished and I'm happy to report that Mike and his crew are brewing like crazy. The "seasonal" beer selection rotates extremely fast now and often times a certain beer will only last a week. If you are a BA-er in the area definately sign up for the email list so you'll know what's coming out every week and when.

Pretty awesome place. In addition to the good beer selection, the awesome cider selection and amazing food, made this also a good place to take my spouse as she doesn't care for beer.

I hit up Town Hall pretty late on a weeknight, so the crowd had died down a bit. They were still serving food, so that was cool. Anyway, it's a pretty classic pub set-up, good sized bar, lots of table space, wood and mirrors and TVs. Looked like what it is: a bar that's been around for a while and isn't going anywhere.

I've heard a lot of good reviews and recommendations, but I wasn't really into any of the beers. There were a ton of different beers on tap, and a very diverse range of styles. So I went with the seasonal sampler, then followed that up with a Mango Mama and a Three Hour Tour. Really nothing that I would want to have again, though the Java Porter was the best of the bunch.

Service was okay. The bartender was a little wifty and distant, but I really have no complaints. Food seemed like standard pub grub, and I was just looking for something small, so I went for the southwest egg rolls. They were good, but no better or worse than the ones they make at Chili's.

Yes, I was kind of disappointed overall, but I'd still say Town Hall is worth checking out at least once.

Went here on a Monday evening and it was dead. Probably not the best night to gauge it off, but it was very dry and kind of boring ambiance.

The beers were served okay, they were served in pint glasses with very little head. House beers were solid in flavor however.

Service was terrible, but I chalk that mostly up to Monday night.

Selection was excellent, lots of great choices and good prices.
