This brew pours almost black with a thin mocha colored head which dissapears rather quickly. There is very little lacing.

The smell is strong with coffee, chocolate, roasted oats, malts and brown sugar. A very sweet smell; which is common for this style.

The taste is mostly roasted oats and sweet malts with a strong burnt coffee note followed by chocolate in the middle and light hops on the backend. Very sweet, almost no bitterness.

The mouthfeel is smooth creamy and milky with a little hop oilness on the back end.

Overall this is a very drinkable oatmeal stout, it is smooth and creamy. The sweetness of oats dominates; like it should in this style. The coffee and chocolate are also very stong. One can drink several of these in a row.
