Presentation: 12 oz. twist-off brown bottle. Label, especially the back, is full info directions to the brewery, etc. Also includes a batch number and bottled on date.
Appearance: Golden amber in colour with a small amount of chill haze, the head is frothy and sticks well to the side of the pint glass.
Smell: Very fragrant of raw hops which are oily and slightly pungent, sweet and citrusy. Fresh malt and grain aromas are mild.
Taste: A true dry-hopped palate of immense raw and oily flavours mix with the even hop bitterness of citrus-like qualities. Malt and grain come through towards the end, with a background raw grain/bread flavour, and fade with the raw hop. Sweetness is minimal, and masked by the hops. Finishes quick with a palate of hops that lingers and a slight dryness.
Notes: Damn! Nothing like a pale ale that was dry-hopped well with Cascade hops. Yeah the hops tower over the malt a bit too much, who cares ... this is an awesome Pale Ale. For all the hop heads that need a fix, buy a case.

Golden pour with medium sized head. Strong carbonation. Strong pine and pretty one dimensional pale ale, without a lot of malt backbone to give it much body. One of my first craft beers back in college, and overall enjoyed this as a cheap craft. Mediocre at best, but worth trying.
