Moderate head but the bubbles coat the surface throughout the tasting. Little (spotty) lace. The look is dirty cold with a definitive haze.

Fresh floral hop nose with a solid pale malt aroma. There's also an element of unmalted barley grain. Great combination to the nose.

A solid pale ale with a grainy pale malt start quickly succumbing to a white pepper-like hop bite. The body is thin for the style and the elevated carbonation enhances this effect. The aftertaste is strong and lasting with bitterness.

Bottle from The Lazy Dog
Crystal clear deep golden color and a fluffy frothy white head that slowly recedes before leaving stickies everywhere. Light bready malt with hints of soapy lemony hops make up most of the aroma. The flavor follows the aroma light malt, light earthy citrus hop and little else. Light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick almost watery mouthfeel. I don't understand this beer. Sessionable I can see, its a lower alcohol easy to drink beer. But you used the word hop in the name and I have trouble finding any. I was hoping for something like All Day IPA or Go To IPA, but instead I got this mediocre beer.

12oz longneck bottle
A) Pours with a finger thick head, white and big bubbled. Hazy, golden bronze body. Semi-sticky lacing on the drink down.
S) Mellow hop aroma. Grapefruit peel. Some floral notes.
T) Hop bite from start to finish. A well balanced taste profile of nutty malts and citrus fruit. Subtle hops linger in the aftertaste.
M) Clean. Crisp, but smooth. Medium light body.
O) A nice session-able pale ale. I'll be drinking more.

Orange copper pale ale with a bright white head fine lively white bubbled head...Aroma has citrus lemon/lime malts with a fine biscuit note. The flavor is light hops and malts together a hint of citrus pith with lemony hops goes great with a light biscuit malt character. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied overall very dull and straight forward. Again the light bodied malt makes up for the hops being so easy going, it allows them to shine.

Pours cloudy and murky with plenty of floaties. When heald to the natural light it's a dirty orange. When held to the light in the room it's a softer and more attractive pastel orange. Fat ehad of off white foam that lasted. Nose is a hop bomb. Fruity, floral, grapefruit rind and the zest of other citrus fruits with tropical backnotes. A light sweetness form malt emerges as it warms. A bit of nuttiness or bread. Taste is wonderful. This beer has everything an IPA has except for the abv and the pine. The earthy grapefruit rind is the centerpiece with tropical fruit notes softly behind. The citrus is all over this beer but not obtrusively. It's juicy. The malt is a bit breaddy with a bit of nuttiness. This drinks well and offers a good mouthfeel for a low abv. The hop bitter is not too strong and this finishes dry, then not dry, then dry. I think it dries out mostly in the end to leave that earthy grapefruit rind behind.

The only thing is do not let this warm too much as it becomes sour and loses some body.

*12 Oz. Bottle* I am all about refreshing hoppy ales. This one is no exception. its a little rough around the edges but that's only because this is pretty old in the "Pale Ale" category. The beer looks chunky, you know sediment that is active all over my glass. I don't mind that at all. The body is golden straw/light amber, with a small white head. Lets smell this little guy. Main aroma is that of citrus mainly grapefruit peel. There is hints of cut grass with bread malts with mild earth. Smells hoppy lets see how this tastes. This is hoppy. Mainly citrus driven with hints of lavender and cut grass. The finish is pretty refreshing with a subtle amount of bitterness. The feel on this beer is very light on the palate with heavy carbonation.

Overall: I like session brews. This one is a very good example for what a Hoppy Session Ale can be. I believe there could be a little bit more body to the beer to be excellent. The flavors are on point. This is refreshing, hoppy, flavorful and below 5%! This is a good Baseball beer. I could drink this and not get tired out while watching a sporting event. This brew is worthy!
