Can from Tres Bonne Cuisine. Following on to my love of Schofferhoffer grapefruit weizen, this is another near perfect hot day beer. Pours out pinkish with airy head, aroma and taste favor the refreshing juicy notes of the grapefruit, extremely refreshing. More juice /soda than beer, but a perfect thirst killer.

Color grapefruit juice, slightly pink, hazy.
Foam gently broken white color pink, a small and short-lived.
The aroma, of course, grapefruit, very nicely.
Fantastic flavor, light and refreshing, very much pulp and white grapefruit peel.
Gentian imperceptible.
Saturation average, adequate.
Very good drink with the content of 47% of the beer in the beer, incredibly drinkable and brisk.
