A: Located near the Outlet mall in Michigan City. And yes, NIPSCO power plant is pretty much your backdrop. I think the actual building is fitting and appropriate for the town. On the outskirts of an industrial area that will hopefully pick up, this place is situated in a typical work building. From the outside it might not seem like much, but inside it is very nice. There is a long bar with clear glass behind it to showcase part of the brewing process. Wood paneling is on all the walls. Tall tables are made from barrels and there are separate seating rooms. A stage is also present for entertainment.

Q: I enjoyed the beer I had. I also found the beer menu typical for a brewery. A selection of the major beer styles are available.

S: Great service from the staff. Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

S: Could be more extensive, but like mentioned before you can find a beer style you like.

F: I enjoyed the food I had. It was priced fairly.

V: A bit pricey, especially when the brewery doesn't have to worry about many overhead costs. I would suggest bringing beer price down fifteen percent to potentially drive more everyday drinking business.

Worth a trip if you are around Michigan City. A somewhat small tap list, but you are also able to get vintage series bottles and barrel aged bottles to drink or to go. Food was good and the prices were reasonable. I went for a late lunch and it wasn't crowded, but wasn't dead either. It had a setup for live music, so I imagine it gets going in the evenings.
