A - This pours a nice dark amber, with hints of orange. Even with a pretty aggressive pour, this doesn't produce a ton of head. What it does pump out is thick and sticks around for a while.
S - Thick, resiny hops and mainly caramel in the forefront. There are hints of a sourness, but it is quite fleeting.
T - Taste is very similar. The caramel is quite present, as well as the hops. The finish has a nice bitterness to it.
M - This is a bit syrupy, but I think that's to be expected. The carbonation is a bit lower than I would have thought.
Overall, this is a solid beer. I still have never been disappointed by a beer from Founders!
