Deep reddish brown with lovely tannish head and good lacing. Quite dark.
Nose is malty, bready, and bitter. It's kind of mild, but it's pleasant.
Taste... wow. Bitter but not painful, no back of the jaw pain at all. Bready, biscuity, and... sour near the end. Not in a bad way, just a nice citrusy sourness that adds a whole new dimension to the flavor. Sweet, bitter, biscuit, sour. Complex. Every sip is a whole flavor experience.
Mouthfeel is full and oily. A weee bit too frothy and light, but besides that, I dig it. Overall this is... really, really nice. I could see myself being in the mood for this, often. And shelling out cash for this, often. Oh come to Florida, come to Florida!
