A - Pours a cherry amber into my over sized Maudite chalice, very clear with a reddish copper colored head that dissipates to only an outer ring rather quickly. Lacing iis good
S - Huge citrusy/sweet fruit explosion in the nose, grapefruits, pineapple, mango. A little bit of an alcohol aroma, but not overpowering. Really just citrusy hop bomb, my nose is unable to get by that and pick up the malt profile.
T - Holy ef. The bitterness will put the stone anniversary ruination i had on deck to shame, going to have to save that for another day so it doesn't taste like water. Very robust, in your face hop bomb. Very enjoyable but I would not want to let this one warm up too much, the flavors/viscosity would probably be more difficult to enjoy. Currently consuming at around 40-45F. Really just straight bitter grapefruit/pineapple/zest hop explosiveness, alcohol is present but not overbearing. Just a big bold aggressive hop bomb. Cant really get much more out of the taste, long long lasting bitter dry aftertaste which is very nice.
M - The alcohol is well hidden, its definitely a medium bodied+ brew. Appropriate carbonation, mouth feel would probably be far too full if consumed any warmer, a bit of a sipper.
O - Definitely tasty, but a little one dimensional. The wow factor for this beer is good but at $20 a sixer and its over the top aggressiveness, this isnt going to become one of my go-to's. A fun hop bomb none the less
