Pours a small head (consistently <1 finger), snow white with decent retention. Good lines of lacing down the glass. Brew is straw-golden, nearly transparent, bubbly, with a pulpy look.

Huge juicy hoppy aroma; lovely, lovely smell. Tropical fruit, light sweet citrus, and some resin: mango, mandarin orange, floral. Wonderful and strong aroma.

Taste is less sweet than the aroma, more of a dry hoppiness. Resin, slight biscuit malts, pine sap, pepper, and tropical fruit.

Medium/light feel with some hop oil cling and residue. Semi-dry, with minimal carbonation sting.

This is a solid IPA, very reminiscent of Jai Alai and Flower Power. The taste can't quite live up to the incredible aroma, but it's by no means poor. Buy it while it's fresh.

A - Pours a light orange with a one-finger foamy white head. Head disipates quickly leaving some nice lacing.

S - Lots of tropical fruits - mango, pineapple, orange. A floral hoppiness is also present.

T - Follows the smell. Starts very citrusy with a good amount of sweetness. The hopes really come through a produce a nice bitterness in the finish.

M - Medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Mouthfeel is somewhat sticky and oily.

O - Very well balanced IPA. Another excellent seasonal from Founder's. Highly recommended.

Thought this was new but apparently not. Found on my search for Broo Doo.

A - from the bottle. Pours light orange/yellow into a tulip. The head is meager - 1 fingerbreadth, settles quickly. Not exactly clear but nothing floating around in there. Lacing is nice - not huge, but good.

S - some nice sweet fruitiness. Bready maltiness in there as well. Somewhat underwhelming, but my expectations were probably way too high.

T - fantastically balanced. Hop bombiness that doesn't scorch off your tongue but packs plenty of punch. It knows its place though, and lets the malt have a say as well. There's some resin in there too.

M - way too easy to drink. Silky smooth and carbonated just right. Crisp and refreshing for a heavier beer. A little chewy at the end if you decide not to swallow (not recommended).

O - it's good. Founders, being who they are, set my expectations way too high. A really solid beer, but I can't put it in the 95-96 range that it has on BA. Definitely worth a shot.
