I poured this 12 oz. beer into a Nonic pint glass. No freshness date.
A: cloudy light honey gold color, the yellow-white head quickly falls into a decent cap with average lacing.
S: lightly toasted malt, some grassy/herbal hop aroma, faint earthy aroma. A bit subdued, even for an APA.
T: toasted malt flavor up front, the middle has a slightly herbal/earthiness, the finish is dry and grassy. Lacks depth and interest for me.
M: light bodied, lightly silky to watery texture, moderate to plentiful carbonation.
O: the finish is the best part of this beer, and it isn't enough to rescue it from mediocrity. For a dry hopped APA, it lacked sufficient hop character, IMO.
