A: Pours a golden yellow color with a fingers worth of fluffy head
S: Floral hops with some malt sweetness, along with notes of citrus hops
T: Very well balanced, slightly bitter to start but this is quickly rounded off by a pleasant malt sweetness. Hops are both floral and citrusy, but are definitely toned down by the malt
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A nice, sessionable pale that is very drinkable and well balanced. Certainly won't kill the palate with hops (leave that to the IPAs) and does a nice job playing middle ground. Also does a nice job at showing off the aromaticity of cascade hops

Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale
on tap at the Stafford's Perry Hotel in Petoskey, MI
Appearance: honey, large-medium head, and good lacing.
Smell: very floral hops, grapefruit, and faint maltiness.
Taste: floral hops in the first bite, but it quickly fades into a bitter pleasant.
Mouthfeel: medium and smooth.
This has a very nice flavor and enough body to satisfy my tastes. It also is well suited for drinking many at a time.
Serving type: on-tap
