Pours a nicely sized head. Color is a golden, clear yellow.
Smell is very floural, with a clear hops presence.
First sip is pleasently hoppy. A bit of a honey flavor is present as well.
Mouthful is a bit watery, but for a beer with an ABV at this one's level it is expected.
A pretty good beer.

A typical golden yellow tint for a pale ale type beer. There is a greenish hazy tint and a tad of big bubble head.
Smelling this bad boy brings about some citrusy pine and a bit of fresh herb...hence the name?
There is quite a bit of bitter hop explosion in this. The hops bring about some grapefruit and pine sap. This isn't very balanced with malt (imagine a DIPA w/out the Malt). I would imagine a beer brewed with just hops would taste something like this one. I have endured some tasty burps from this...hop burps!
There is quite a bit of carbonation that zings the mouth, but the strange thing, my mouth feels extra wet after drinking this.
This is a pretty easy drinker and would be very refreshing on a warm summer day.

Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate tart citrus hop and sweeet malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Another good drinkable beer.

Tap pour at Founders. A Pale Ale Double dry hopped with summit hops.
(A)- Pours a golden amber color that produced an off-white head that dissipated immediately.
(S)- Strong pine needle. . . How much hops did they add to this? Most piney beer ive ever smelled!
(T)- Pine needle attack; melting the palate with hoppiness. Rather dry, with a slightly sweet malt background, but otherwise nothing but crazy pine!
(M)- Great carbonation level amidst an absolute hop attack on the senses. Only something like this I would expect from Founders.
(D)- A very interesting beer. Definitely not your average pale ale for sure. A Founder's taproom exclusive that would be a for sure hit with all you hopheads out there if it were bottled.

This is supposed to be a brewpub only release, but somehow the guys at The BlueDog got their hands on a keg.
Poured into a tulip glass. Color was golden yellow with a slight orange tint. Minimal amount of head. Maybe a fingers worth at best. Pretty soapy and slightly off white in color.
Smell is really nice. I believe this is brewed only using Summit hops. The smell they give off is wonderful. Lots of citrusy grapefruit and some light floral notes.
This beer tastes awesome. Grapefruit, orange zest. Very dry and bitter finish but super easy to drink. I had 3 glasses of this at the Pliny the Younger event. If i could get this regularly i would buy it by the case. As always, Founders comes through!

Had this on tap at the Sweet Repute party. Amazing beer! Can only hope that this comes around again someday. Very dank, seems like a Centennial hopped beer. Juicy, bready and just plain wonderful!
Not much head by the time it came to me, but I don't mind. It's the flavor I'm concerned about.
Really not much of a nose that I could tell. But what nose there was, was dank. some say "Cat piss", but I don't like that description.
Taste was amazing! Dank Centennial hops show through, not over the top. Why I think this is probably considered a Pale. Oh so Juicy!
Overall, I just loved this beer! I had 2 on tap, and if we weren't leaving, would probably have had another.
