A – Pours a dark ruby copper, head is of course thin, but pale yellow in color and has okay retention and lacing.
S – Pretty muted, not much citrus, as to be expected with this particular hop. Quite bitter and astringent. Notes of pine and light bready malts. Comes across as an APA with a little more kick.
T – Bitterness abounds on this one, nice floral notes do come through here though, quite fresh and unique. Balance does come in the form of some light sweet malt notes towards the finish.
M – Quite smooth, though very crisp and bitter. Not overly heavy, this does again have a nice balance to it.
O – Nice approach to an IPA, the centennial hops show themselves well, nicely floral and bitter, not a whole lot of juicy citrus or resinous pine in this one, though it is a nice change of pace. A very drinkable and tasty beer for sure.

In a can-shaped glass.
A- Amber body, some cloudiness and no carbonation visible. Foamy light head that plateaus and leaves lots of lace.
S- Orange citrus and sweet caramel plus subtle pineyness.
T- Mellow citrus and a good dose of caramel. Pineyness is there too. The nose and tongue are very consistent. But good.
M- This beer is bitter, but not overwhelming. Average carbonation. Medium-bodied and with a hint of booziness.
Overall, a top-notch IPA and one that can stand above the rest of the crowd.

A very nice IPA. The appearance was light orange with a head that lasted a while then left trails down the glass. The smell was really nice with a lot of floral and herb components. The taste was full of hops that left a very nice even taste that ended in an enjoyable crisp finish. The mouthfeel was also nice. For an IPA at seven percent, it was delightfully medium bodied with a refreshing amount of fizz. Would definitely recommend.
