Finally get to review this as I've had it several times but have to drive to Mass (live in CT) to get it.. But it is worth the trip..
A - Pours a dark yellow lite brown color with an inch of head and pretty nice lacing..
S - smell those centennial hops.. no sour fruit taste it has a fresh grapefruit/citrusy hop bite that i enjoy. i really enjoy this brew. pretty well balanced there seems to be the perfect amount of malt here for me.
T - Not a punchy sour IPA, but a more smooth and balanced IPA. More of a two hearted balanced kind of taste.. not too bitter or sweet. i taste the hops of course and a fresh non heavy citrus taste with great carbonation.
M - Great Mouthfeel! great bodied with great carbonation. Not heavy, light, or oily.
D - Very drinkable. Low abvs make this one dangerous. i could easily put away six of these.. especially on a nice spring/summer day.. i feel like i could do these all nite... sorry i have to drive an hour to get these!

In a can-shaped glass.
A- Amber body, some cloudiness and no carbonation visible. Foamy light head that plateaus and leaves lots of lace.
S- Orange citrus and sweet caramel plus subtle pineyness.
T- Mellow citrus and a good dose of caramel. Pineyness is there too. The nose and tongue are very consistent. But good.
M- This beer is bitter, but not overwhelming. Average carbonation. Medium-bodied and with a hint of booziness.
Overall, a top-notch IPA and one that can stand above the rest of the crowd.
