Poured a nice amber with a slight head and minimal lacing.
Pine, citrus and resin smells. Smelled a bit stronger than a typical IPA, but it smelled very good.
Very well balanced flavor, just a bit weak in most the profiles. The fruity sweet flavor was a bit weak and the bitter, dry finish was pretty weak, but the balance between the two worked out very well.
Easy drinking, perfect amount of carbonation. Not too thin, not too thick.
This is a very good, very drinkable IPA. Good balance, great nose. Not quite as over the top in the hop flavor that some IPA's can be.

A: A beautiful hazy deep orange with a half-inch light khaki head that fades quickly and leaves little lacing.
S: Awesome citrus and pine. Not overpowering. Sweet malts backing it up.
T: Caramel malts up front followed by nice citrus and pine. The hops really come through at the back of the tongue. Finishes bitter. Nice, classic IPA.
M: Medium to full bodied beer that leaves some lingering bitterness. You don't really get the booziness from it either.
Very good IPA. Basically, this is kind of a quintessential IPA and if you're looking for that bitter, citrusy, piney, hoppy taste with some balancing caramel malts, look no further. Again, this is what I think of when I think "IPA."

A: Amber orange with two finger head. Good amount of lacing.
S: Pine, grapefruit, resin, malt. If I have to guess, it's amarillo + simcoe hops.
T: Starts off a bit floral, followed by grapefruit, pine, resin... I also get lemon and orange zest. Althought it tastes good, there is a bit of ... dishwashing liquid taste to it at the end. Sweet malt. Well balanced.
M: Light to medium thickness, good amount of carbonation.
O: It's another solid brew. I didn't enjoy the tailend of the taste, but it was overall enjoyable.

Aroma: Piney resinous aroma, with some malt sweetness.
Appearance: Hazy orange color. About half a finger of head. Little to no lacing.
Flavor: Piney, grapefruit hop flavors. Malt sweetness at the start, piney hop flavors in the middle, finishes with lingering bitterness and astringency. Slight alcohol present.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body. Good carbonation.
Overall: Malt sweetness holds up well to hop bitterness. Lingering astringency detracts from the overall effect. A good IPA, but nothing to make it stand out.

A: Pours a honey color with reds around the edges. There is about a half finger puffy light khaki head that takes awhile to settle. There is very little lacing as it drinks.
S: The nose is a perfect balance between citrus and pine. I also get a touch of caramel from the malt.
T: This beer has a quick sweetness right up front, but the grapefruit and piny hops show themselves immediately after. The hoppy bitters linger through to the finish.
M: Medium bodied beer. Sweet start, followed by big hops in the middle. The finish is resiny and the bitter linger on the palate for some time.
O: Solid beer. This is definitely something I'll be returning to again and again. Thank goodness it's finally available in Buffalo.
