Reviewed from notes taken at Yard House on 02/17/13.

Served on tap, appears with less than a finger of sold white head, great retention/cling, hazy golden orange in color, with notes of copper.

Smell is not particularly powerful, but it is sweet and hoppy.

Taste is similar to smell, but malty and citrusy and much more present. It has a delicious sweet citrus aftertaste, very zesty.

Amazingly smooth feel, nearly perfect, great texture.

Overall I find this to be a unique IPA compared to what I am used to; it's sweeter than normal, but the feel renders its drinkability very very high. Cheers.

Man this is great. Poured from a bottle, golden-orange with off-white head.

Fantastic nose, one of the most interesting noses for a IPA- very fresh floral (rose pedal), bubble gum, citrus- very nice.

Taste is delicious and multi-layered. It does not let the delicate and lush nose deceive you, starts with an aggressive bite with some grapefruit and pine, then a very crisp floral hoppy layer comes, that becomes deliciously fruity with raspberry and navel orange, I even get a touch of lime in there. Malt is there, slightly grainy

So flavorful, perfect mouthfeel that is deliciously sweet yet bitter and nicely bodied. Top-notch IPA in my book

A- Copper color with great head and lacing.

S- Typical hoppy IPA smell.

T- Hoppy, but not overpowering. No bad aftertaste. Excellent.

M- Not too thick or thin; just right.

Overall, a great IPA for when you're in the mood, though the DFH 90 Minute IPA I had earlier today was slightly better. This was cheaper and and not that much different, however.
