Re-review. Bottled Feb 5, 2013, drunk on March 25, 2013.
Beer is light amber, a bit orange. A finger-width of white head. Moderate retention, good lacing.
Citrus in the nose, orange and grapefruit. Pine as well. Some caramel malt. Hoppy.
Taste is similar to the nose. Pine, grapefruit, orange and some mango. Rather bitter. Caramel malt in the back, giving a bit of sweetness to offset the bitterness. Juicy. Very nice stuff.
Relatively high carbonation level, a little too much. Oily. Medium bodied.
Overall, a very good IPA. If the LCBO keeps this as a regular listing it would be amazing.
