12oz bottle poured into a shaker pint.

Gold with a short head that dissipates quickly. Excellent clarity and low-moderate carbonation.

Pineapple, tangerine, papaya, navel orange and honeydew.

Papaya with hints of pineapple and tangerine. Light caramel backbone with notes of candy sugar and honeydew melon. Finishes with subtle notes of pine and orange zest.

Medium bodied, crisp, clean, sharp and dry.

Has some really nice tropical flavors upfront and then quickly dives into the dry/bitter territory you'd expect from an IPA. Quite nice.

S: Medium bright citrus, fresh grapefruit peel, heavy kumquat, slight grassiness

L: Light orange, slightly hazy, white head that dissipates. Ok lacing.

T: Bright citrus up front with some hoppy resins. Very clean, light malt. Medium bitterness with just a touch of sweetness. Finishes fairly dry with residual hop resin. Some soft grassiness as it warms, in a good way.

M: Light bodied, medium carbonation. Fairly crisp overall.

Very light, hoppy IPA with just enough malt to keep it in balance. Really enjoyed this, although i prefer a pale ale over this "light" IPA style.

A - Golden amber with a thin white head and long stretches of lace.

S - Floral and citrus hops with a grainy biscuit malt balance. Lemon, orange and tangerine rinds, grapefruit,.

T - Citrus and grapefruit peels, lemon zest, on the bitter side with notes of grainy malt.

M - Light to medium with good carbonation. Lingering dry finish.

D - This beer is properly named. An all day drinking session IPA. Nothing special but good enough to easily put down a 6 pack or two through a long afternoon.

A: pours a clear honey with two fingers of white head that fades into a thin ring with no lacing.

S: loads of citrus here. Pineapple and grapefruit with some pine notes as well. Smells amazing, especially for such a low abv beer.

T: lots of grapefruit and pine with some pineapple and grassy notes as well. Nice and earthy.

M: medium-light body with medium carbonation, this beer is light, dry, and clean. Quite drinkable for such a hoppy beer.

O: a great IPA, especially with such a low abv. I could definitely drink these all day.

Bottled on 5/5/12...

A: Pours a clean translucent light yellow. There is a full finger of pure white foam that settles fairly quickly over time. I'm only getting a bit of lacing as it drinks.

S: The nose is crisp, clean, slight citrus, and pine. It packs a punch for a 4.7% brew. There are way more hop characteristics than I would have expected.

T: Boom! Pine and Lemons! Wow. This is solid. It's super light and super flavorful. This has to be the king of session beers. It's just so damn light, and so damn flavorful.

M: Light bodied beer. The flavors are remarkable. It's super refreshing, clean, crisp, and delicious.

O: This is one of the best (if not the best) lower abv beers I've ever had. It's just so flavorful and drinkable. I could pound these stubby bottles all day, and that's the point. Heading home after a long day of work, and cracking this beer open on a hot summer night on the deck is something to look forward to.

Pours a gorgeous orange-honey color with a solid, finger high, off-white/light tan head. Only slightly hazy, light gets all the way through but is filtered and it actually makes the color pop more, in my estimation. Good lacing as well.
Smell is hops (grapefruit with a hint of pine), wood, malt, all balanced very well.
Taste is spot on with the olfactory presence, grapefruit/pine hops, wood and malt notes. Very well balanced with the hops being exactly where they should be. A light medicinal not creeps in during the aftertaste but does not detract at all from the experience.
Watery at the start and through the middle, the body fills in just at the swallow ending up medium. Carbonation is medium plus. For an IPA it is rather less biting than most though not smooth as I cannot bring myself to describe any IPA that way (save a double/imperial). Well named, I could easily drink several of these throughout the day. Sadly, I only have two.

Pours a slightly straw color with some haze, with thick head of white creamy foam. Nose is delightfully aromatic with loads of herbal, grassy hop notes with some pine & citrus. Palate is surprisingly light to medium bodied, noticeably drinkable right away, yet follows through nicely with a good full flavored balance of herbal hops, citrus tang, and light cracker-like malt. Good drinkability, refreshing, yet flavorful.

Clear light amber with a two finger white head with decent retention and spotty lacing. The aroma has grapefruit, pine, and pineapple.

Has a nice combination of bitterness and sweetness, with bitterness being a little more dominant. I can taste grapefruit, pine, pineapple, and a little bit of bread malt. There is a lot of flavor for a 4.70 % abv beer.

Medium bodied with average carbonation, and it finishes dry. This is a really nice IPA. I am very impressed by how much flavor there is in this low abv beer. Well done.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

A: Pours a moderately clear amber color. The head is about one finger high and white, with a somewhat rough-looking texture. It retains itself alright, though, and leaves some lacing on the side of the glass.

S: I've noticed how I kind of like catty IPAs, and this one fits that mold. The hops also provide melon, mango, and herbal notes. There is a touch of sweetness, as well.

T: The first sip strikes me weirdly with its finishing herbal hop tones. After another sip, it smooths out nicely. There are twinges of juicy tropical fruits on the front end; I wish this was more pronounced. Otherwise, it's a simplistic, enjoyable small IPA.

M: I look for these kind of beers to be crisp and light - and this fits that criteria well. I'd enjoy it more if some of the finishing astringency was cleaned up a touch, but this still has good drinkability.

O: Good, not great. As much as I love trying these session IPAs, there's only one so far I can say I loved (DayTime). Not to mention, session IPAs don't make a huge amount of sense from a monetary standpoint. Having said that, between All Day and Centennial, I'd choose this one every single time.
