Pours a pale straw color, billowy white three finger head, lively carbonation and solid lacing in the glassware.
Aroma is relative bright, reminiscent of tropical fruit, slight hint of pine.
Flavor is pleasant, similar to the aroma, nice moderate lasting bitterness.
Mouthfeel is relatively light, maybe even a tad thin, but this IS a session IPA. Crisp dry finish, nice example of the style.
This a solid IPA with an easy drinking quality about it that could satisfy a number of palates.

Appearance: Golden amber color. Nice thick white head that settled to a nice cap and tons of active carbonation.
Smell: Orange, lemon, pine, hop resin, some floral notes in there as well
Taste: Grapefruit and lemon imparting some big citrus flavors. Touch of sweetness and piney notes. Finishes nicely bitter.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with nice carbonation. Dry finish and some lingering bitterness.
Overall: I dig the session IPA movement and this one is a nice example. Refreshing, big hop flavor, and you can drink more than one.

This beer is great for what it is. You wont find many session ales with this much flavor. With a nice piney citrus scent, and a slightly hoppy bitterness over your pallet you cant go wrong. Take it wherever your just trying to drink socially and have yourself a time. Cheers (had it in a can so I cant comment on the appearance)

This is a great beer for what it is. Smell is dominated by hops (obviously) with citrus. Taste starts off with ambiguous citrus and tea flavors, lending to a distinct grapefruit flavor and leaving a dry grapefruit finish. There's not a ton of complexity nor is there much malt balance, but it tastes great [even] without the bite from the high ABV of most IPAs. Mouthfeel is on the thin side, which is necessarily for this to be a "session beer", but it isn't too thin and the carbonation is kept in check, making this mouthfeel, while not generally what I prefer, to be successful. It's not fair to compare this to the average IPA when it doesn't aim to be. If you're looking for a lower alcohol IPA that still has plenty of flavor, this is a pretty good choice

Great aroma on this, lots of tropical fruit swarming out of the glass. On the flavor, there is a surprising amount of hop presence considering the "session" designation. Very light mouthfeel and a dry finish. Nice sessionable IPA, but a bit overpriced for what it is.

On tap at Coffee District. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Clear copper body. Nice white head. Laces well with a medium collar.
Smell - Grassy and piney hop. Not a hop bomb, but there isn't a ton of malt to mask it. Slightly grainy.
Taste - Grassy hops again. Some grapefruit sprinkled in. Biscuit malt. Moderately bitter in the finish, but it's more of a sustained hop flavor.
Mouthfeel - Very light. Drinkable. Just enough of a flavor and body to stave off wateriness.
Overall - Not my favorite hop profile, but it's a very well made beer. This wouldn't be impressive if it weren't so small.
