Super bready. Like straight out a bread machine bready. Hops are minimal.

The cask name is "Bitter", but I'm told by the bartender that it's basically the Dunster Pale on cask but with a different dry-hopped finish.
Small, large bubbled head but it leaves a surprisingly chunky and extensive lace on the glass. Cloudy, light amber color.
Prickly, cactus smelling aroma. Smooth and spicy.
Lowly carbonated with cellar temperature, the flavors really come out. The taste starts with pale malt base with some modest toast elements. Bittering hop coming smoothly when swallowing. The aftertaste is bitter but still well balanced.
