excited to see this on the board at Harvard's!!
A - arrives a super dark near black brown, mahogany like color, with a thin tan dark head that fades after a minute or two
S - at first strong freshly ground coffee beans hit my nose quickly followed by the gentle sweetness of oats, hints of chocolate as well
T - huge coffee element in the flavor, more so than in the nose, freshly roasted high quality ground beans, not some freeze dried afterthought, this melts into the same oaty sweetness, with some vanilla/soy/lactic style sweetness and still hints of chocolate as well, amazing
M&D - smooth and warming, a great winter brew, there really isnt a huge difference betweem and things like Founders Breakfast Stout, the flavor components may be more skewed to the coffee end of the coffee-oat than Founders, but the flavor qualities are on par, well done!
Serving type: on-tap
