The other 50CL bottle I carried back from the island of my ancestry, Bornholm. Excited to try this one.
A: Very hazy honey-amber colored body, huge white head.
S: Carmel, grass, bread, sweet, and malty. Fit for the style.
T: Rich and creamy, combiones the grassiness you would expect from a euro lager with the sweet caramel flavors you would expect from a bock, balanced and delicious.
M: Starts thick and rich, but thin and sharp at the end.
D: Another hit from this brewery, I wish them luck in the future that they may be distributed in America, where I could taste them again.

The colour is red, the liquid heavily cloudy (bottle conditioned). The two finger head is beige. Fine lacing.
The strong smell is sweet with lots of malt, some bitterness and butter. I noted some fruity flavours of dried apples and plums. There is some alcohol, too.
The taste is sweet and malty with some minerals. Not as heavy as some Bock beers can get. Somewhat hazy hints of fruits and vegetables... Almost no alcohol at all. Fruity flavours in the aftertaste; green apples, cucumbers and hints of butter and yeast. The finish got some earthy notes.
The carbonation is medium strong; lots of fresh bubbles. The liquid is smooth.
Maybe a little too much of the unclean flavours, but it is in an "enthusiastic microbrewery" way that I find a little charming. Very drinkable.
