Pint at Inn Deep, Glasgow (£4.00):
Orange amber colour with a thin, white lacing for a head with a clear body.

Sour to begin with a tarty aroma, some fruits and a citrus aroma in the background. There is some orange and lemon along with some pepper and spice.

Refreshing citrus taste to begin with some tart and sourness but not too much. There is some light orange and lemon with a hint of grapes. The finish is a slightly bitter and tangy one.

Smooth & quite bitter with a lot of citrus tang and some medium to strong carbonation. The beer is sharp, crisp and refreshing towards the end.

Tarty yet very summery taste that was refreshing and a great, fruity beer with an interesting tang. Not what I'm used to trying on tap these days and a welcome change.

Pours clear light orange with a small white head that quickly turns to some a rather modest bubbly lacing.
Soft farmhouse smell, with some straw, creamy wheat, pepper, lemon, also pickle juice, extra herbs (heather, dill, ribwort, hint of sage), faint rose petal, light blond fruit (apple peel, bit of apricot).
Nice citrus start, a bit sweet, but with a really short, but strong, flash of sourness, like a nice "squeeze" of overripe lemon, that leaves nice spicy peel. Pepper helps. A bit of barnyard, very light horseblanket, with some green hay enhanced by a nice mixed herbal note, with some flower petals here and there. A grainy note towards the finish, light spicy hops, light bitterness.
Light and close to medium bodied, crisp, rich herbal aftertaste with a tiny bit of cloying bread crust.
A nice and easy saison that brings the Williams Bros "traditional recipe" vibe, but not that intensely.
