This store is right off 71st street and Mingo in Tulsa. They have a decent selection of craft with all the usual brands available in the area. (Sierra Nevada, Full Sail, Boulevard, Bridgeport, Goose Island, Great Divide). They have a build your own 6 pack for the BMC type beers and a singles isles with decent prices. I noticed a couple of the Great Divide singles on the shelf were about a year old but inventory inventory in general looks like it turns over often enough.

I've been to B&B just about every time I've been in Tulsa over the last few years. Every time I've been in there, I've found what I've been looking for (generally a few extra bottle of limited Boulevard Smokestack Series). I will agree that over the last few years, the caliber of the people working there has gone downhill. The bottles usually have dust, but that's ok by me given that it's OK and I am generally looking for some bottle that have been out for a bit. The place is focused on wine, but it is still a good beer shop in Tulsa.

I've been in B&B 4 times over the past 3 years when visiting Tulsa, which I do frequently. Each time I'm less impressed. The first thing I noticed (which hasn't changed) is that all the beer is so dusty. That's the first bad sign. There is wasted space a plenty with BMC products. Why are these in a liquor store when people (not me of course) can get them cheaper at the convenience store across the street? I was able to get my first bottles from North Coast Brewing there, but other than that I've never really "scored" there at all. Everything is pretty run of the mill, even for Oklahoma. They do have all the Marshall Brewing year round offerings - they should since Marshall is made in Tulsa. I made what is likely my last trip there a couple of weeks ago as I was on a quest for Piraat which I've heard is now available in OK. Three people working there had not heard of Piraat, including the guy that places their orders.

This is a nice establishment. The wine and beer buyers are helpful. Also somewhat knowledgeable. They have a decent selection for Oklahoma. they usually try to order what is requested and they can get. Mostly though they concentrate on the wine section. Seasonals they usually have also the harder to finder belgians. They are priced competively. Although they do not do beer kegs. They rotate the beer selection properly keeping the oldest in front to be consumed first. Not a bad stop if ever in the Tulsa area

B & B Liquor Warehouse is located at 7002 S. Mingo Rd. (near Sam's Club) in Tulsa, OK USA. B & B is quintessentially a wine lover's store, but thay have a very good selection of domestic microbrews & imports as well...including some harder to find Belgian Abbey & Trappist offerings and seasonal beers. You can always count on the staff to properly rotate the beer selections and that they're as fresh as the distributor is sending them. There's usually someone on duty who knows their beer, but ask for Scott (Beer Manager) if he's available. He usually knows what's new and doesn't mind checking availability of beers from the distirbutor. He's always happy to special order stuff as well. The only negative is that they don't order beer kegs anymore due to the additional cost of the keg registration law that went into effect in 2003. Stop by and check them out!

CHEERS! Beertracker

*Note: Updating my review and decreasing my overall impression since Scott has left the service has taken a down turn. However, they've added one of the best pick six selections in town.
