Soft pillowy head fading into a quarter inch collar on a hazy orange golden color body. The smell is quite yeastyand sweet, with notes of apple and pepper. Slightly buttery too. The taste follows the same path; roundly malty with a pronounced yeast character. Spicy, with pepper and maybe light hints of cinammon, fruity and sweet, with green apples. Hoppiness is low, and only brings a dry and moderately chewy aftertaste. Mouthfeel is appropriate to the style, round and not excessively heavy. Not overly drinkable though, lacking some balance in the taste, with an overpronounced apple character.
