This beer is the most popular limited "firkin Friday" selection, however they're now adding it to the normal rotation as a standard draft selection.
Arrives a deep brown that isn't quite black. There's a fair amount of head/lacing for a draft offering, which is unique.
The nose starts with a typical malty porter, but then you catch a wave of coconut. It's almost like a Mounds bar.
The flavors are a great mesh of a fresh, sweet coconut flavor and nutty lightly toasted coconut...but never leaving the rich roasty porter behind. The toasted coconut adds a bit of a freshly baked macaroon flavor, which I really like. However the beer is surprisingly not overly sweet.
Texture is pretty thick and creamy. It reminds me a little of an oatmeal stout.
For a beer like this it would be easy to assume one is enough, but you can have several of these and still come back for more.
Some of this might be personal preference as I do like coconut flavors a lot, but this is one of my Dry Dock favorites. Grab it as a normal offering or as a firkin special and (if you like coconut) you'll be happy.

Decided to make a stop at Dry Dock and pick up a few growlers...this was one of them. Poured from a growler into a pint glass.
A- Pours a dark, fudge color with a fingers width of cream/tan colored head. Good head retention with minor lacing as the beer was consumed.
S- Roasted, chocolate malts is the primary aroma. There is a faint hint of vanilla/coconut in the background. Subtle and simple.
T- Sweet chocolate malts are the first thing to hit the palate. As it sits their the roasted quality becomes more and more prominent. The beer finishes with a solid roasted, coconut flavor that really caps off the beer nicely. Really enjoyed the coconut sweetness in the finish.
M- This was the best part of the beer for me. One of the smoothest and creamiest porters I have ever had in my life. Just exceptional.
D- The mouthfeel and low abv really make this beer highly drinkable. Porters aren't my favorite style, but even I couldn't deny the easy drinking capability of this beer.
Overall, I really liked the flavor the coconut flakes gave off as well as the body on this beer. I'm still blown away by how creamy this beer is. It reminds me of drinking a stout on nitro. Highly recommended for porter lovers.
