Served on tap at Old Mill
A- Dark brown with a thick creamy tan head
S- Coconut scent with a malty character
T- Coconut flavor but not much else. Maltiness is there, but not much. Flavor is a bit sweet, but with the coconut it works
M- Smooth but a bit too carbonated
O- Good, not great. Love this style.

A: Dark brown color; a little reddish on the edges. Poured a thin tan head that was merely a skim. No lacing.
S: Coconut and brown sugar. MAybe a little toasted malt.
T: Consistent with smell; coconut and brown sugar. Toasted malts give it a bit of a sweet, nutty flavor too. Mild, very long, light bitter; sweet coconut lingers.
M: Light body. Low carbonation. Sweet then slightly dry then the sweet coconut/sugar/malt lingers.
D: The sweetness just wore me down a bit, but beer was flavorful and easy to drink.

Pours a nice dark brown-black color, with a little bit of light brown foam on top. Huge aromas here, brown sugar, coconut and roasted malt. On the palate, this one tastes exactly like a macaroon, with a little sweetness and some chocolate. Both my wife and I thought this one was very good. Easily the best beer we tried, and the only one I would recommend.
