pour this from a 330 ml bottle into a pint glass.
apearance: i got a one inch froth head after the initial pour though it fades rather fast and left a nice coat that lasts. the color is a cloudy orange gold like a sun rise on a hazy day.
smell: the aroma to me is wheat and bananas lightly cooked carmel malt and fresh hops some sugar ,very good,a cool breeze on a wheat plantation .
taste:awesome wheat flavor fruity citrus lemon lite carmel malt the hops are a bit piney, this is a very smooth beer some bread like quality to it also.
mouthfeel:medium body and a bit of a wheat and sugar sweetness to the after taste .
drinkability:this is a easy to drink brew i can have a few of these with a bag of german pretzels and watch a game on tv any time .cheers

Sampled last night on 7/21/14. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured into a "Cheers-Boston' handled glass stein.
Pours a hazy golden pour with a good 2- finger thick head that lasted a while. Left lots of lacing when sipped. Smells of wheat with sweet orange and spice. The taste was pretty much the same and on the sweet side. Very easy to drink and no bad aftertaste. Hefeweizens are all over the board and this one is one of the best!

Poured a nice deep golden color with two fingers of fluffy white head. Quite nice in appearance and very true to form. Scents of clove-like phenols, banana-like esters, hints of bubblegum and some doughy, bready wheat malt. A good aroma that is true to style, though not standout. Flavor begins with a nice sweet banana flavor with hints of clove and grainy malt balancing. In the middle light bubblegum flavors join the banana and clove and add depth. Finish is semi-sweet, with notes of banana, clove, bubblegum and grainy malt. Aftertaste is grainy wheat malt and clove. A good, though basic hefeweizen flavor profile. Mouthfeel is medium-light bodied with high carbonation and a smooth, creamy feel. Quite pleasant and very true to style. Overall this is a good basic hefeweizen that hits the main notes of the style, though it doesn't do a great deal to standout. Still a nice beer and very refreshing in Summer.
