a: Clear dark amber with an inch thick white head of small dense bubbles which receded to thin surface foam and spotty lacing.

s: Mild fruit cup. Later, caramel malt dominates.

t: Caramel malt with more than a little hop balance and light fruit undertones.

m: Light to moderate.

o: A good ESB, a bit more fruit notes and overall bitterness than I would prefer but the basic malt flavor is fine and becomes more prominent as it warms.
