Straw in color with low hop character and bitterness. A light dry finishing beer. A summer favorite on those hot days.

On tap. An old favorite, this pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, biscuit, and bread. The flavor is original, but not unique as I find a similar (others have noted maple) sweetness to most all their brew. It's impeccably smooth, and the finish is just lingering deliciousness.

My brother in law brought me a growler from his weekend ski trip. Poured in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, golden straw coloring with a slow, steady flow of carbonation and a fluffy, white, light head that quickly settles into a low profile coating. Aromas of cereal and toast, with a hint of sweet maple syrup and almost a buttery scent. Light and sweet nose, overall. Flavors are toasty and light, with a toast flavor in the backbone and a subtle, sweet maple highlight. Some roastiness on the palate, as well. The beer is light and smooth in mouth, and there is a clean, slick finish. Aftertaste of toasted grains more than the maple syrup, which was not as present as it probably should have been.
