Pours a cloudy gold, with minimal foam and pinky-size lace.

Overpowering aroma of raspberries -- tart and sweet.

Flavor is straightforward, with a bit of a bready/biscuity vibe underneath a mountain of raspberries. Not unpleasant or artificial-tasting, though. Decent, and drinkable, but not one I'd return to, either.

Pours golden with a nice lingering head that laces well. Nose is strong of raspberry, unfortunately, the taste is not as pronounced. The raspberry is there, and asserts itself more as it warms, but with nothing else to make a more complex flavor profile, it comes across as a tad bland. The beer is somewhat dry, with a touch of sweetness on the finish. A nice residual raspberry flavor lingers after the finish. Body is light and is well carbonated. Overall a very good summer ale. A good choice for after cutting grass in the heat.

A: Pours a rich ruby color with an unremarkable head.

S: Here is the beer's greatest strength--the raspberry scent is remarkable. Make sure to pour the beer into a glass (obviously) as the smell is what makes the taste.

T: The taste is not complex, and while the raspberry is a bit too sweet, it's refreshing and the raspberry tastes fresh and natural.

M: Somewhat crisp, it's not too thin but still manages to be a great session beer. Perfect for summer.

Overall: With a low ABV, an incredible smell, and a great mouthfeel, this is a simple craft beer worth trying and enjoying with friends in July or August. It will be hard to have just one.
