On tap at Riverside Wine and Imports in Kent, Ohio, poured into Thirsty Dog shaker pint glass.
A: Clear pale yellow, with one finger of foamy white head and good lacing.
S: Almost non-existant; very faint, bready malts are all that can be detected.
T: Similar to smell but just a bit stronger; still very watery. Light bready finish; neither sweet nor bitter. No hop presence detectable. Perhaps my session ale appreciation isn't quite where it should be yet, but the lack of flavor in this one is quite outstanding.
M: Very light, crisp and dry.
D: Extremely drinkable in the sense that this is much like water; it goes down very easily, but I would pass on another glass in favor of something more flavorful around the same ABV.
Serving type: on-tap
