A- Pours a hazy pale orange color with a nice white head. Head has pretty good retention and leaves some nice lacing.
S- Smell is dominated by yeast. Quite a bit of fruits too. No hops at all a ton of yeast.
T- Taste is again quite a bit of yeast. Tropical fruits, but not in a hoppy type of way. Not really my thing.
M- Medium in body and carbonation.
O- Not really my thing on this one. The yeast just turns me off.

On tap as a guest tap at Fatheads. Funky aroma. Above average mouthfeel. rbonation right there. Bold and fresh taste, nothing exceptional, brewed to the style with pepper and cloves and other spices from the kitchen cabinet. Refreshes on a hot summer day.

On tap at Bodega. 10oz served in a tulip.
Appearance
Hell yeah, I was finally served a glass of beer with a proper, heady pour. This one had a huge, frothy cap on it. This created lots of lacing as I drank. The beer was a medium hazed pale orange.
Aroma
Smells pretty nice, and certainly very yeasty. The yeast is unmistakeably Belgian and remarkably fruity. Lots of peach, pear and apple. It also is very chalky, dusty and dry smelling.
Taste
This tastes a little more fruity and less chalky than the aroma. Lots of apple that blends into a really nice tropical fruit medley. Banana, tangerine, pear and some pineapple. Yeast rides in the back, providing little bits of earthy dryness.
Mouthfeel
Good carbonation and fair bodied. The finish is nice and dry and crisp.
Overall
This is a darn enjoyable drink. Nice and clean and crisp. Tis the season for a saison.
