A - Clear golden color, with a moderate tight white head that fades quickly, with minor lacing.
S - Some lemon and citrus, a bit of grass and vegetal notes.
T - The fruit notes are in front, but mild. They are definitely there, but do not rise up and slap you in the face. Solid malt sweetness in the middle, which turns hard toward a long bitter tail.
M - Crisp, but with drying that builds. Moderate carbonation helps but does not eliminate it.
O - A very good, but not spectacular, IPA. It may be Citra, but it seemed like it needed something else to punch up the hops in the open. There is plenty of hop character, but the distinctive fruit seems a touch muted, even though the beer seemed bright and fresh otherwise.
