330ml bottle, poured into a tulip glass.
L- Slightly cloudy, a trace of medium grained sediment (yeast), no head at all.
S - sour yeasts are dominant, with lemon, vinegar and a weird unflushed toilet smell. hold your nose.
T - sourdough mixed with apple cider vinegar, lemon and a hint of apricots, very tart finish. there is also some spice in there - cumin?
M - nil carbonation, doughy almost chewy texture, light bodied.
O- like a dry cider rather than a beer, perhaps more acidic. This isn't really doing it for me, but you need to give credit to the brewery for trying a new style.
