The beer that helped convert our town into craft beer lovers. Deep copper in color, rich malt character, with a crisp clean finish. Enjoy with just about anything, we prefer it with a nice cut of meat or a mild cheese.

On-Tap 16 oz. (Kannah Creek)
Pours a nice clean/clear amber color, nice carbonation, with a very nice one-finger creamy off-white head, nice sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, lots of caramel. The taste is malty, kinda cherry note. Medium body. Overall not too bad.

Pours a polished amber with a 1/2" off white head.. Great retention and lacing.. Light hoppiness is sorta lost on the nose.. light toast and fermented out caramel.. Clean fermentation for sure.. No flaws on the palate but seems VERY "average" with no good discernible hoppiness or bitterness to speak of.
Good beer for the style... It is very interesting to me that Kannah shows up in Boise... All the brews have been only average... From the labels to the crowns and the description on the labels, they seem like a grocery store brand at best.

A - Clear amber color with a white frothy head.
S - Slight citrus hop aroma accompanied by a hint of caramel malt.
T - Citrus hop flavors balance nicely with the malt in this beer.
M - Very crisp and clean, medium bodied, with a good level of carbonation.
This was a pretty good beer. I could go for a little more malt flavors in the beer.
