I have drank this beer in both the United States (multiple locations) and in Morocco in a variety locations. It seemed weird drinking it inside Morocco, since it is an Islamic nation, but the wiedness fades because Morocco is modern country and most people drink. It pours hazy golden, little carbonation, and a slim head. It has a hints of vegetables, wheat, hops, and sweetness that congregate in the malty taste. It has a light edge, little aftertaste, and finishes neutral.

You can get this beer in many locations in the United States (Illinois, Missouri, and Texas) and everywhere in Morocco.

Pale golden colored lager with a bit of haziness. A quarter inch thick head is on top. I see plenty of carbonation bubbles inside. Aroma is slightly metallic and not much else. Mouth is a bit salty and thin. Taste is faintly that of bittering hops, and pale malt with a quick and slightly metallic finish.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation along with some particulates near the bottom of the glass. It poured with a short white head that quickly dissipated, leaving only a patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of apples are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors and bits of sweetness. Hints of grainy malts are also noticeable.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: There's nothing really special about the smell or taste of this beer, but it is rather easy to drink.

A: Pours a clear medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation streaming from the bottom of the glass and some faint golden yellow highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall fizzy white head that quickly reduces to a small patch of thick film surrounded by a thin film covering the remainder of the surface and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of grainy malts with lighter hints of rice adjuncts and some light floral/grassy hops.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of grainy malts with some light amounts of rice adjuncts and a moderate amount of light fruit (apple juice) sweetness. There is a hint of grassy and floral hops that impart a very light amount of bitterness which fades quickly.

M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin/watery.

O: This beer is not anything special about this beer but it is not offensive or anything like that...it is just very average. Easy enough to drink with well hidden alcohol but a touch sweet for me.

Pours a muddy yellow with greenish highlights. Fizz fades into no head at all. Not great.

Aroma is a bit sour, with wet towels, metallic malt, and what seems like hop extract. Not offensive, but not tempting me to sip.

Taste is poor, with lots of metal, misplaced bitterness, and a muddy finish. Not looking forward to the rest of the glass.

Mouthfeel is fine, if heavyish. No finesse.

Overall, I would not recommend this beer; it is not well made, not enjoyable to drink, and, oddly enough, always more expensive than the far superior Flag beer found at those Moroccan establishments that serve booze.

Dull and flawed. Take a pass.

Pours a honey straw color with a wispy white head that settles into a light ring.

The aroma is grainy, light sulfur and a slight honey note. Very macro-esc

The taste is corny sweet with plenty of grain flavor. Big cracker dry flavor. Some grassy bitterness.

The feel is light and crisp with plenty of carbonation. Quite dry on the palate, astringent.

Macro all the way. Quite dry and lifeless.

A: Pours clear golden with very many small bubbles. The tan head is tall but rather uneven and airy. Decent lacings, though.

S: Adjunct malts, like freshly opened canned corn. Sweet. Bitter hops and bready malts.

T: Mint and vegetables (canned) but also a nice and balanced maltyness. Bitter hops and quite some grass and herbs.

M: Sweet kind of short aftertaste. Body is medium, but a bit almost oily. Carbonation rich and offensive.

O: This could probably work in Morocco after a warm day in Marrakech, but in here in Sweden - not so interesting...

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a half finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet biscuit and bready malt with grassy hops and a slightly stale vegetable component. Flavor is sweet, mild biscuit and a hint of toasted malt, finishing with faint malt and slight hops. There is no evidence of the odd stale part of the the aroma. Medium, surprisingly slightly creamy body. A pleasant slightly sweet malty lager and with more character than most macros and Euro pales. I wouldn't hesitate getting another bottle of this in Morocco or a restaurant.

Can served into a generic goblet in Ibiza, Spain, in April 2011. Reviewed from notes.

A: Pours a three finger head of fair thickness and retention. Colour is a clear copper.

Sm: Fresh barley aroma. Light in strength. Clean and simple. Not a lot going on here.

T: A bit of cream comes through with a crap malt finish and a boring barley body. Poorly built all around, but the cream is nice I guess. Balanced garbage. How hard is it to balance so little, though?

Mf: Light and smooth. Undercarbonated but I wouldn't call it flat.

Dr: Not worth a try, but fairly priced. There are worse beers on Ibiza.

From 05/11/12. Had this at some French restaurant in NYC on the Upper East Side on First Ave., I think around E 65th St. Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass.

a - Pours a clear bright golden color with one to two inches of white head and moderate carbonation evident.

s - Smells of grains, bready malts, biscuit malts, wheat, some earthy notes. Not bad at all, but pretty average.

t - Tastes of bready malts, grains, floral notes, light sweet malts, biscuit, and wheat. Better then the nose, some nice hops and sweetness.

m - Light body and low to moderate carbonation. A little think but easy to drink.

o - Overall not that bad of a beer; I think I liked it a little bit better then most. Certainly not the most flavorful beer, but easy to drink and not bad or offensive at all. Overall an average beer probably not worth checking out, but I've had much worse.

M-medium creamy carbonation with a creamy finish

Light yellow to straw colour & forms a white, bubbly head that is about a fingers width tall but disappears almost instantly.

Sweet aroma to it on the whole. There is a light corn aroma that is matched in equal strength by a sweet syrupy one & a little bit of vegetable.

A little grain followed by slightly more of a sweet syrupy taste matching that from the nose. These flavours are almost drowned out by corn & vegetable adjuncts that come next.

Smooth on the palate but slightly too thin in body, this beer is at least a little refreshing but the aftertaste is dry.

Yet another mass produced, low quality pale lager. Not a beer I'll be trying again. Slightly better than Flag Spéciale but not by much.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.

A - Pours a straw yellow with bubbly white head that fades rather quckily with no lacing.

S - Pretty straightforward smell of grain and not much malt or hops to speak of. Simple and not very interesting.

T - Starts with a grain lager but finishes with what feels like expired barley and hops that leaves a slightly acidic aftertaste that is not enjoyable. Backend on this is pretty terrible.

M - Light bodied, and plenty of carbonation. Aftertaste leaves an unpleasant mouthfeel.

O - In one word, no. Not an enjoyable beer, and would not want again.

I was able to taste a Casa Beer whilst walking through the Morrocan village of Epcot amusement park at disney. Casa Beer has a nice amber color with white foamy head. There are slight hops on the nose and in the taste. The smell and taste are predominately powered by grain, but it is very smooth and drinkable. Definitly worth a taste.

Appearance - pale yellow with small fizzy head that dies quickly.

Smell - some toasted cereal grains and malt with a hint of hops

Taste - this is one truly awful beer it tastes of hard water, chlorine, lead, and cleaning products. The flavors of corn adjuncts are harsh and burnt tasting. The hops are somewhat acidic and bitter but lend no dynamic characteristics other than those basic flavors

Mouthfeel - light bodied and thin feeling

Overall - this is one of the worst beers I've ever had. If I ever say this in a friends fridge I would ask what he paid for it and then give him that amount and pour the beer down the drain. Avoid this.

Hazy golden appearance with thick head that sticks around for awhile. Smell is slightly sweet with hops, picked up some grain but overall the smell is light.

Taste is malty and grassy with a hint of bread, grain and wheat. A slight syrupy hint as well, overall the taste is fairly light and average. Light-medium bodied with high carbonation. Aftertaste is light, but has a lingering grassy/malty taste.

Not a great beer, but it is clean and refreshing. Can see this as a good summer beer, worth a try.

My first ever beer from Morocco. Pours a clear straw-yellow colour with thin white head. A little bit of lacing on the glass. Smells quite grainy and clean. Not too much in the way of flavour, but nothing off either, which is a step up from many adjunct lagers. Big carbonation level.

Appearance -- Pours a hazy honey amber with two fingers of sudsy/fizzy white head.

Smell -- Fruity and floral with pilsner malt, and a bit of grassy hops. Not thrilling, but definitely better than average.

Taste -- Plum and bready malt, grassy hops, floral notes, suphur-like mineral notes. Finish is grassy hops and sulphur.

Mouthfeel -- Medium-light in body with moderate gentle carb. Finish is really tannic. Reminds me of those tea beers. Not good.

Drinkability -- If it weren't for a few defects (sulphur taste, tannic finish) this would be an above-average Euro lager, but as it stands it's a curiosity from the black continent. Regardless, a brewery making *anything* in the Middle East is a marvel in and of itself.

Served in a Budweiser pokal.

African beer #4. It pours a clear pale straw topped by a rather short-lived half-finger or so of white foam. The nose comprises grass, light and dull florals, rice, and mossy tree bark. The taste is slightly better, leaning on light wheat, some minor floral bitterness, a light sprinkle of corn syrup, and a subtle metallic twinge. The body is quite light, with a light active carbonation and a crisp finish. As decidedly unimpressive as the smell and taste are, this thing does go down really easily (and, thankfully, pretty quickly, too). Call me Western-centric, but I have yet to have a solid brew from this continent. Oh well, the search continues, and hope lives on...

Had from the bottle in Florida in Disneyworld at Epcot while wandering around the World Showcase, Morocco section.. . Pours a light yellow mostly gold/copper .. . light caramel malts with touches of bitterness .. . lacing is an A for sure .. . a simple brew in the mouth, made to refresh.. no harsh off flavours .. . An absolute winner for a 90 degree day .. next, a Grand Marnier slushy served by this hot french chick..

A - Clear golden and bubbly with an average sized light, foamy, rocky, white head. Decent retention that settles into a thin layer of foamy lace. Pretty typical of the style with maybe just a bit better head/lace.

S - Sweet, grainy aroma with a decent amount of grassy and floral aroma. Hints of corn aroma, but not overpowering or too strong. Like the appearance, it is pretty typical for the style, maybe just a touch above average, but not much if at all.

T - Sweet grainy, malty base. Just a faint whisper of corn/adjunct sweetness. Some floral and grassy hops come out. Not bad for the style, but a bit bland. Similar to the other two categories, about average, maybe slightly above.

M - Light body and fairly highly carbonated. Crisp and refreshing feel. Pretty typical of the style.

D - Pretty drinkable. Inoffensive taste with enough floral and grassy hop flavor to be interesting. Fairly sweet but not overly corn/adjunct flavored.

Notes: Best before Dec. 2010. Overall, about an average beer across the board. Pretty inoffensive and easy to drink beer with a decent amount of floral and grassy hops. It was a nice beer to drink, but pretty forgettable.
