This place is IT. This is a beer drinker's heaven. Walking in is like being teleported to a medieval, heavy metal, evil castle. Weaponry lines the walls, there's skulls, guitars and always really awesome hard rock to death metal music playing. The beer selection here is ridiculously awesome as are the insanely creative, metal band named burgers they offer. The staff is very friendly and is quick to get you seated (there's usually a bit of a long wait, naturally). If you are unsure of what a beer is, or just want to know what's on their rotating handles, just ask, they're more than happy to tell or check it for you. My first experience here was stellar, awesome heavy metal music, a gourmet burger and mac 'n' cheese and a glass of Three Floyd's Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker imperial IPA from the tap. If you're in Chicago, you HAVE to visit Kuma's Corner!!!!!

Stopped here briefly while walking from the beer temple to some (blue?) line stop
The place was somewhat overflowing on a Saturday evening. Walking in I was given the wait time and handed a draft/bottle menu to skim through.. I was drawn to the 3 Floyds and half acre "seasonal" options on the menu, as I stood comfortably within the biker-bar, metal blaring, hamburger grease saturating bar scene. When I asked the bartender what seasonal options were on for both FFF/half acre, she stated they had (permanently?) stopped carrying both breweries (and the lines were currently vacant - no replacement options).
There were some decent local offerings regardless (and I could have gotten canned daisy cutter -unknown freshness), but considering the other beer bar options available in Chi town, this place wasn't even a competitive establishment and I passed on luxury of a near-screaming 2-foot conversation and the lingering beef stench I'd endure with a local pint.
