(Served in an American pint glass)

A- This beer has a bright deep yellow body with a light hazy and a big carbonation of big bubbles. The head is a spongy snow-white layer that has a top layer of large soap bubbles. The head last for a good bit.

S- The soft note of dried orange peel is followed by a dry spice note. There is a nice pale malt note and a hint of light toasted malt aswell.

T- This beer has a dry pale malt flavor with a light fruity note and a biscuit malt hint in the background. There is a note of green hops toward the finish followed by a soft pungent bitterness. The hops bitterness is balanced with the malt but has a nice presents with a hint of orange rind flavor to it. There is a slight fresh orange juice note that comes through the finish as it warms more.

M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel and a fizzy finish.

D- This beer has a light but good flavor with a nice bitterness to it. The citrus flavors compliment the hops and malt flavors and I could actually see adding a piece of fruit to the glass to really enhance it. This is one of the better beers in this style and is a great summer drink.

Had to try a beer named Bitchin Betty... just sounds cool. Beer pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a thin, sparkling white, bubbly head. The taste is very sweet, citrus and wheat notes. The taste is like the smell, wheat, citrus, coriander and other spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with lots of carbonation. This is a very drinkable beer, would be good on a hot day.

Pours a two finger white head that fades to a thin layer leaving almost no lace. Slightly cloudy amber color. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Slight citrus/hoppy nose. Starts balanced, looking for wheat not finding it, sometimes sweetness but hoppy finish. $1.69 for a 12oz bottle from Chalet Party Goshen, In. Best before Aug 5, 2006.

A - Orange, slight white head that fizzled out. Crystal clear. NO carbonation after head fizzled out.

S - Not much there... a hint of orange

T - Blah, not a ton there. A bit of orange, nothing complicated at all.

M - Decent, but no carbonation what-so-ever. Add some carbonation, I think it would improve the taste of this beer.

D - You can probably drink 100 of these and not even notice. If it was a hot day, this could fill in for water.

A: Foggy orange yellow color with a smaller head of white foam. Minor notes of lace, and a medium-low level of carbonation.

S: Nearly nothing. Hints of citrus and malt, but not much else.

T: Bready malt and a touch of yeast over unsweetend fruit and wheat.

M: Slightly dissatisfying, as more carbonation would have spruced things up and perhaps enhanced the lackluster flavor.

D: Nope, I won't be back for seconds. Lucky I found singles.

Notes: How? Why? What was the brewer thinking? I just don't get it. There's nothing there!

I still can't get over how awesome it is to have Indiana beers more available to me via my awesome girlfriend. Now when I say I drink because of my girlfriend, it's for a good reason.

Pours a very malty amber, very sparse carbonation and little head. Bad start start for a beer with such a cool name. The first whiff after the initial pour was very musty. As the beer warmed, more appealing aromas of toasty malts with a light dash of lemon. The tastes is just as unpleasant right after the pour, but as it warms a little, the flavor develops. Plenty of that hefe yeast mixed with thye sweet wheat and indeed a hint of zesty citrus in the mix. Clean palate, but does finish a little coaty.

A - Pale orangish, slight white head that fizzled out. Crystal clear.

S - Definite orangish aroma, and that's about it.

T - Orange, wheatiness, nothing subtle or complicated.

M - Light bodied, nicely carbed.

D - Definitely drinkable on a hot summer day. Not my favorite, but it could definitely be served to almost anyone and have them enjoy it.

Friend picked up a 6 pack... I told him to suprise me with something that looked pretty sweet. Well, its got an illustration of a blonde with a bomb in one hand and a beer in the other. My kind of woman, although her attire is questionable (makes her look like shes got huge shoulders). Bottom of the box has some info on the founders of NINE G, kinda interesting.
This beer is pretty different, kinda confusing, when compared with most other beers I have tried. Poured into pilsner to generalize color. Orange/ yellow in color. Could easily pass for piss if non-carbonated, almost a golden color. Head lingers for a little bit, but is not very large.
Smell... Well, the citrus is perceptible, but its not a great smell overall. Maybe some orange in there, but its definitely not a very sweet smell.
Taste is rather strange. The wheat is there, and then the citrus, but there doesn't seem to be a defining taste. It isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Hint of lemon and orange. Not very bitter.
Mouthfeel is rather good though, the carbonation is right, and it is very smooth. Easy to drink, and somewhat creamy like a wheat ale should be.
After some mulling over, I would consider this a pretty drinkable beer. It goes down very smooth, although the taste is just OK.

After some thinking, this beer is worth a try for its unique taste, but don't expect something stupendous. I don't believe I will try it again as a 6 pack, but I might decide to try it on tap to see if theres a notable difference.

had this on tap at the Fiddler's Hearth, downtown south bend, in.

Pours a tawny brown color, some lacing, not much head. Odor is not great...malt vinegar is the main thing i smelled, with some wheat and grapefruit. Taste is muy, muy weird at first. Butterscotch flavor is overwhelming. then some wheat, caramel. very strange but smooth taste...not objectionable and very unique. smooth mouthfeel with some carbonation action. surprizingly drinkable despite that first butterscoth blast.
