Another extra from FenderOffset238!

A. Pours a vibrant, honey gold with a half finger of eggshell white head. Lacing is very good, leaving a persistent trail as I work through the glass.

S. Wildflower honey, candied citrus, pineapple, bubblegum. Extremely sweet on the bouquet.

T. Very sweet, almost barleywine-like. Honey, mango, cane sugar, bready malt, pineapple juice. Not much in the way of hop bitterness...just big, thick, and sweet.

M. Thick, sweet, sticky mouthfeel. Too syrupy.

O. This is a big, boozy, sugary sweet monster of a beer. It's not bad overall, except it abandons any traces of hop bitterness and instead is just wave after wave of honey and candied citrus. This is more akin to a barley wine than an imperial IPA...I just don't dig big sweet hop beasts. It's not bad, though, and if 120 minute IPA is your jam, this could be right up your alley.

A beautiful clear golden amber color with a solid white frothy head and impressive lacing clinging to every inch of glass. The aroma brings a sure, sharp orange-lemon-lime citrus with sweet biscuit and hints of yeast-alcohol. Properly announces tasty hops! The flavor hits with the expected citrus hop that is again tart and sticky. You can detect the 10+ ABV but it's not a negative. Orange bread-biscuit and near syrupy spruce-oak. Delicious and a real source of hop satisfaction. This stuff is pretty much full bodied with a viscous feel that coats the tongue a bit, but goes down easy enough with just a polite bit of carbonation/ tingle. As good a hop brew as I've had in a while, a natural progression from their DIPA. Bravo Captain!

"Brewed w/100% 2 row and dry hopped w/citra. Loaded w/hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Our 2nd formulation as we work towards the ultimate triple IPA"

Several samples at the brewery over the past few days and now enjoyed from a few hours old growler.

Pours heavily hazed medium tangarine, super fine light khaki head, leaves loads of fine all the way up sheeting.

Nose of lime, ginger and fruity hops.

This is a crushingly flavorful and quite heady brew, with an assault of grapefruity aroma and flavors. Really not that bitter, just super citric with continued waves of lime, orange and more and more grapefruit.

Hop lovers rejoice, this is a wonderful beer.
