This was " just a blend of some barrels laying around"
A: Fairly clear dark brown color with just a touch of red highlights. Minimal white head with just a touch of head.
S: The nose was kind of tight on this beer. A little bit of oak. Quite a bit of tartness. A little bit musty as well.
T: I though it tasted like flat soda. This beer really just did not do it for me. You got a little horse, little funk, little malt. Nothing was really working with everything else.
M: Fairly light mouthfeel. Very smooth body.
D: This was a lark. It was EBF time and there were barrels laying around. It just did not work out but it was an interesting beer.

The beer pours a translucent brown color with a thin off-white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is good. This beer also has a locker room aroma laid over some bisquit and crystal malts. The oak character is pretty good. It seems to create a unique aroma with the bacteria present. The taste is good. It has a smooth sourness that's dry and easy drinking along with a complex array of yeast character. The malt bill provides adequate balance with increasing the drinkability. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is another solid wild ale from CL. It's loaded with wildness!
