Cask at Mugs Alehouse, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is clear orange in color and poured with a faint head that quickly dissipated.
S: There are light to moderate aromas of sourness in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of malty sweetness and Granny Smith apples (without the tartness). There is a light amount of sourness from the Brettanomyces.
M: It feels medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a slight amount of carbonation due to the gravity cask. The beer coats your mouth very well.
O: There is a good balance between the sourness and the taste of the underlying triple.
