Growler filled at the mothership in Elmsford, NY

Pours near black, minor khaki head, minimal film but does leave some nice fine sheeting.

Mild sniff of sweet malts and dark grains.

Dark malts, roast coffee beans, vanilla, sweetness nicely balanced by drying hops.
Carbonation is on the lower side, makes this smooth on the tongue and very easy to savor and enjoy.

Another quality brew from the Captain's small batch set up. Go get some, while its up and flowing at the brewery.
