Notes/Commercial Description:
A profound love of hops and big brews led to our IPA. A little over the top it is a hophead’s dream come true. An Intense hop aroma and Malty body are followed by a smooth clean finish.

Generous amounts of Pacific Northwest malted barley along with some of the best hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create an IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors.

Served Cool not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma this is the beer that says don't mess with me I’m a BAD DOG.

Poured to a Sam adams glass, developed a nice full head with good retention and lacing. Appearance was a deep golden color, nice and clear. Aroma was hoppy with floral notes. Taste had notes of caramel and hop. Creamy to syrupy mouthfeel with a sweet and dry aftertaste.

A big shout out to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1 inch head. smell is of piney hops. Taste is hops, minty, piney, some malts, well balanced and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

12 ounce can by way of Cable Bev. In Rockland County, NY
Comes with no freshness info

Pours near clear typical almond amber, under a gauzy and looser lite khaki head that leaves a thicker film and respectable low sheeting and strands of fine mostly low lacing.

Nose of piney hops with a solventy back note.

Hopped up IPA, with more pine, resin and ginger coated hops carrying the freight. Not bad, hops showing a respectable and shining all the way through the finish.

I enjoyed this IPA and would, I'm am confident, enjoy several more...worth a try
