A: Poured a beautiful golden/orange color with slight turbidity. Nice two fingers of tight cream colored head which was relatively long lasting. No lacing to speak of.
S: Malty nose with some orange notes, some floral hops.
T: There is definitely a malty backbone to this ale, followed by a floral bitter note from hops. Afterward there is an overwhelming sour note that isn't characteristic of and ESB. This sourness grew as I finished the balance of my beer. I did not find this sour note to be either in character or desirable.
M: Thin, but clean as you would expect of an ESB.
D: I downgraded drinkability because of the sourness of this beer. Would have been better if the sour note wasn't so prevalent.

Served in a pint glass.
Appearance:A slightly hazy amber body with medium bubbles to it. Off-white head with a very light orange tint to it rose to about a finger's length with a vigorous pour.
Smell: A very bland hop scent. Comes and goes to quick with not much to show for it.
Taste: For a to actually be called bitter considering the name...I expecting more bitterness to it. More malty with a corn infusion that blends pretty well.
Mouth: Has a nice toasty feel to it makes you feel like your drinking a super version of bavarian lager. Crisp and smooth, light stickiness to it.
Overall: Good beer with very strong flavors, love the sweet floral bitter feel and wouldn't mind having it again. Not going to blow your mind away but definitely won't disappoint. Perfect for the BBQ...Salud!
