Smells of pine and malts. Some alcohol.
Taste pure malt and hop bitterness. As it warms a bit the flavor starts to change more to a mostly sweet somewhat bready malt,, but with plenty of hop bitterness to balance it out. Sweet fruit in the end. Pineapple maybe? Taste of caramel lingers on the palate.
Mouth feel is chewy, very nice.

Had on draft at Lures on 7/2/14 in a short wide mouth glass
A-Pours cloudy amber with a decent off white frothy head that lingers long and leaves excellent lacing.
S-Aroma is pine, grapefruit, sweet floral and citrus hoppiness.
T-Taste is heavy sweet, with grapefruit, honey, and pine with a light malt.
M-Average carbonation, medium body, slick texture and a long sticky finish with overtones of grapefruit and honey.
O-Overall a decent DIPA a great blend of hops and malt that hide the 10%.
