Medium to dark brown in appearance that poured a light but frothy two finger head.
Smells like chocolate syrup...not yet to thrilled.
Wow, they nailed the name right on the head with this one, tastes exactly like a chocolate shake, but not that great.
Mouthfeel is thick and syrupy, not great either.
Overall this is definitely a dessert beer, wouldn't touch it for anything else.

05/21/14 On tap..No doubt about this sip. Even with out the nitro boost the head on this is so sturdy it leads to a respectable lacing. The aroma does not reveal the wonderfully potent chocolate flavor. This is a classic example of chocolate nibs which are the virtually unprocessed, finely chopped cocoa pods. They push the bitterness that is balanced perfectly. I'm thinking the 'shake' part comes in with a maltiness for the balance. Top notch stuff.
