I basically stand by what I had written before however I would like to add that the smell this time was more of a citrus fruit than banana, and the taste had quite a bit of lemon tang to it. I wasn't served with a lemon, thank goodness, but it still had that nice citrusness to it.
I once again enjoyed this beer.
This beer poured a cloudy light copper color.
Smelled of yeast and bananas. The taste was of canned peaches and bread dough.
It had quite a bit of carbonation with a dry finish.
I felt this was a great hefe. I had this beer after a weekend of backpacking, my mind was quite numb and my notes on this beer were sparse. Im sure it deserves more description than I can decipher from my notes

12 oz. bottle poured into a hefeweizen glass.
Pours a light hazy straw color with one finger of lively white foam that quickly disappears with almost no retention or lacing. It actually smells pretty good. Faint banana, lemon, pale malts, and spicy yeast.
The mouthfeel is an immediate letdown. The carbonation seems only slightly light for the style, but it's a poor match for the ultra light body. The taste is quite good but a little tame. The banana, orange, lemon, clove and wheat cracker play nicely off one another with a crisp clean finish.
Mixed feelings on this one. If the carbonation and flavors were turned up a notch I think I would like it a lot. As it is, I could see this being a satisfactory choice on a hot day. I'd definitely drink it again, but won't go out of my way to find it.

Bottle into pint glass.
A: Nice hazy brass body, with 4 finger head on pour that completely disappears.
S: Has the nose of a German wheat bier more than a blonde ale. Bits of banana, bubblegum, and clove. Nice light wheat malts and a hint of euro pale hops.
T: Along the same lines as the odor aroma profile. Very refreshing bier. I would recommend this on a hot summer day.
M: Light and refreshing.
O: Not a bad bier, try one on!
