12 ounce bottle. Came in a 6 pack for a very reasonable $5.99. Bottle had some unusual psychadelic type graphics, and said
that the beer was unfiltered (Hazed) and dry-hopped (Infused). Clever marketing I suppose.
The beer poured with about 2 fingers of head and left a good bit of lacing as I drank it.
Color, very nice to my eyes, a deep reddish color, a bit darker than I expect form a pale ale.
Smell, pretty fragrant, sort of a sour grassy hop smell.
Taste, one of the best I've tried this year, and I've tasted A LOT this year. I've read other reviews that found it to be
a little unbalanced, but that wasn't my experience at all. The hops were very agressive, but they didn't overwhelm the malt.
This one also didn't leave a lingering hop taste in my mouth like a Summit or an SNPA will.
Mouthfeel and drinkability were about average. I could drink it as a session beer more so than some of the other hoppy beers.
Overall, I enjoyed this one a whole lot. Very flavorful, great to look at and smell, reasonably priced. I will most certainly
buy this one again.
UPDATE - 11/6
Since I first wrote this review after purchasing my first sixer of this it has become one of my standards. When I go to the liquor store I usually try to get one sixer of something I haven't tried and one of these. It's priced less than any other craft beres other than the local stuff like Summit and James Page, the taste, the smell the balance, all fantastic. I've probably had about 8 sixers of this stuff and I haven't experienced any inconsistency.
I waited a long while to try this one, I think I was turned off by the packaging, but since I tried it, it has become my "stock" ale, the one that you can always find in my fridge.

12 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in a snifter
A - It is a deep amber color bordering on copper. It is topped with two inches of beige head.
S - I smell some light fruity and floral hops. There is a caramel malt backbone with a dank smell of a red ale.
T - The taste is a nice balance between malt and hops. The hop taste is similar to the smell, light fruit and floral. The malt has some deep grain flavors. It is earthy.
M - Medium
O - It's been a long time since I have had this beer. It is a decent pale ale. It is not something I would drink regularly. It does not stand out as some others do. I would almost call it am amber ale based on appearance.
